Winemaking: Part direct press, part carbonic, part on skin. Some in steel and some in old barrels.
Sulphur: No sulphur.
Tasting Notes: Vin GlouGlou, light. agile and fun to drink. Plenty of acid. Small red berries, peach, herbs.
Pairings: Crudo, Carpaccio, Shellfish.
