Info: Thomas Boutin has been doing things his own way since 2008—starting with just 1.8 hectares and slowly building a tiny, fiercely independent domaine in Rochefort-sur-Loire and Saint-Aubin. No chemicals, no makeup, no bullshit: unfined, unfiltered, barely any sulfur, and plenty of experimentation as Thomas keeps pushing, learning, and finding his own groove.
